QuickEntry pools the latest technology with a simple web and handset friendly interface designed to make entering and taking part in a public event simple, affordable and hassle free.


  1. Fill in the form, attach your event logo and hit the “SUBMIT MY EVENT” button.
  2. Within 24 hours on working days you will receive:
    -An email confirming details for event including our terms and conditions. You will need to provide us with an invoice with banking details for the payments of the agreed amounts -Once this is received you will the receive the link to your event page for you to publish on your social media and or web site for advertising the event to your community
    -You also will receive a link to have real time access to your events entry spreadsheet and entrant’s information.
    -On the closing date for entries we will send a final recon of the events finances which will be the basis of your invoice to RMS for payment into the bank account that you specified.
    -That will complete the process until your next event!
